Advanced doula training

Advanced doula training for doulas who have completed doula training and are members of the Icelandic Doula Association and adhere to their code of ethics. The training is designed and conducted in collaboration with the Croatian Doula Association with the generous support of Erasmus-Plus. The advanced doula training is designed to deepen the understanding and knowledge of doulas and promote professional development. This training builds on the knowledge and experience of the participants and deepens their understanding of the role of the doula in a variety of situations. The training was structured in sessions consisting of lectures, practical exercises, group discussions and project work. Each session focuses on a specific area of doula expertise. This unique learning opportunity is now available to doulas free of charge online. Funded by the European Union.
