Join us and fill your cup in the wild nature, surrounded by likeminded women.
We invite you to come and relax, get inspired and renew your energy in South of Iceland.
We will share knowledge, hike, dance, laugh and sauna. First and foremost we will rest and rewind.
Get nurture from nature.
Space is limited to eight wonderful participants and we´ve done our best to keep the cost to minimum.

Soffía is an experienced doula, postpartum doula, CBE and a doula trainer. She is also a Family Therapist who lives and works in Reykjavík, Iceland.
Soffía is a nature enthusiasim and loves being surrounded by people who are as passionate about birth as she is.
